SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Montvael. We are committed to delivering your order in a timely, transparent and reliable manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days after payment confirmation. We process orders 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees. The total amount displayed at checkout is the final amount you will be charged — no surprises after your purchase.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Montvael is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes or additional charges that may be applied by your country's customs authority upon the arrival of your order. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order if you have concerns about potential import charges.
Please note that customs processing may add additional time to the estimated delivery window. Montvael is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there may be certain destinations to which we are unable to ship due to carrier restrictions, legal requirements or logistical limitations. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@montvael.com and we will do our best to assist you.
DELAYS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
Montvael is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, customs holds or any other force majeure event.
In the event of a significant and unexpected delay, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you and provide updated delivery information as soon as it becomes available.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Montvael is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend: (1) checking around your property and with neighbors; (2) contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number; (3) checking with your local post office or delivery depot.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@montvael.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the issue. We will evaluate your case promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Montvael is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@montvael.com or call +1 (646) 405-3881. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
RETURNS DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or the recipient's refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, a full refund will be issued for the product cost in accordance with our Refund Policy.
